A true one owner car bought new by Dr. Ware in April of 1986 who is a personal friend and someone that I have known most of my life, and certainly when he purchased this car. The car was originally purchased under his business name and then in 1992 was re-title in The Dr.s name directly.
The car was ordered in Tudor White over Biscuit Leather a very classic combination. The Dr. was a very prideful owner who always dreamed of owning a Jaguar. He only drove this car on fair weather days, kept it in a climate-controlled garage and truly loved the vehicle. The car is complete with its Original Window Sticker, Sale Brochure, Color Brochure, Owners Cassette Tape multiple sets of Original Keys and Original Books and Binder, Car Cover, Floor Mats and Tools. Upon delivery there was a wooden Momo steering wheel added to the car and a Remote Radar Detector which are the only modification however the Original Steering Wheel is included with the sale. Also, with the car are the original Bill of Sale and Buyers Order and all service records from 1986 until 1994 that are all in a white binder matching the vehicle.
In 1994 the Dr. parked the car in his climate-controlled garage, pulled the battery out, put it under a cover stored it until November 2020 when he called me and asked if I was interested in the vehicle. I quickly jumped at the opportunity to have this beautiful verified one owner, 21,000 miles, all original car.
We struck a deal, and I went with my trailer to pick it up and brought it directly to my mechanic. I gave him the go ahead to go through the entire vehicle and spare no expense. He went through the car and was extremely surprised at what excellent shape the car was in and how little it needed. The list of items that were taken car of are as follows:
Oil and Filter Change
Coolant flush and new air filter
Drain all fuel from car
Remove fuel tanks and send them out to be cleaned and refinished
Replace all rubber fuel lines
Replace Fuel Filter
New Interstate Battery
Remove all fuel injectors and fuel rail, soak and clean with solvent and replace
Remove brake fluid reservoir, flush all fluid and replace fluid cap and fluid
Replace all rubber brake lines
Replace hood struts
Replace front brake rotors and pads
Repack wheel bearing with grease and adjust wheel bearing tension
Replace all rubber bushings on front shocks
Mount and balance 4 new BF Goodrich tires
Convert and charge A/C
